They have cancelled at least 3-4 appointments I had scheduled for MONTHS ahead of time a couple days in advance due to lack of staff or whatever reason. They send me a text saying it’s canceled and then it’s fully my responsibility to call back and r/s. They don’t even have the courtesy of calling me to r/s. Now this time they say the doctor they scheduled me with is an outside doctor and doesn’t take my insurance so they have to r/s. AGAIN.
