Dr. Kris and his staff were amazing today! His personality with the kids, down to the super cool interactive graphics in his office, to the gummies when the kids leave the office, hands down- the best PCP my kids have had so far. Plus the Nurses are so sweet! The one that we had today attentively listened to my children tell their long winded stories So glad to have found KION Pediatrics!
We switched to kion pediatrics due to me asking my daughters other doctors with concerns about a lump in her/chin neck that they'd constantly would tell us is baby fat, well kion pediatrics instantly caught it was a in fact a tumor instantly. I'm forever thankful for this office for helping us and discover it so fast.
Was great we have use used almost 2 years they have changed staff 2 times and very time it gets worse. You call to make apts for sick call and they can’t see you til the next day so you asked for urgent care referral and magically they can see you. Was there last week given meds and still today have the same issues we went over I been calling the office 2 days now no one will answer they put you on a call back list and never call you back.
