They are always nice and great with our four leggeds have worked with us on payments and when setting up appointments will work with in our budget if something isn't needed.
I just want to say that I had an emergency for my cat she is doing okay now but all I had on me was $20 the bill was $78 I told them I would bring the rest in on Friday, that was 2 or 3 days but yet they treated me like dirt like I was a welfare case I did not appreciate how I was treated I was rudely spoken to . they asked if I had a credit card then asked rudely if I would write a post dated check I will not go back to this local vet again over the years I can say that I have actually paid them $800-$1000 over the years ne... read more
We have been talking our Pets to Kinzua Veterinary Clinic for almost 3 years now, and I have nothing but praises for the the veterinarians and the staff It is so great to see our fur babies cared for in a place where they love them like we do! I love these people! Everyone at Kinzua Vets is friendly and compassionate and the vets are wonderful! It's obvious they love animals (seems like a no-brainer, but I've been to vets that really didn't seem to like animals!); they even took time to ask how my under-the-weather cat was doing while they were shopping at my place of employment last night. :-) I honestly can't say enough good things about them.
