Our family lives in the Union Mills Townhomes but they are under the umbrella of Kinwood which is managed by Fulcrum, previously Jackson Rentals. We have been in our townhome 2 1/2 yrs now and love our location. We're in a small neighborhood of a few units, sitting around farmland but 5 minutes from town. These units and the Kinwood units are a definite find. Three and Four bedrooms, 2 car garage, fenced yards and no breed or size restrictions on dogs. Absolutely HORRIBLE place to live. It's loud, crowded, and nasty. Kids are always running around without supervision, there are arguments and fights in the cul de sac at least weekly, and there's not nearly enough parking for as many people are packed in there. Instead of enforcing their policy on how many vehicles each rental can have parked in driveways or on the street, they just call the police to have people ticketed.
