His wisdom far exceeds most therapists I have been to, and his reach into the subconscious processes, and how your mind and body coordinate are superb solutions for those that are downtrodden. It is refreshing to see someone that has his own strategies, that he has created with interventions that cover every aspect of being a human. Here is to getting unleashed in life!
It has been a pleasure working with Josh. I just finished the initial assessments to learn my heart rate variability and what my actual resting and active metabolic rates are to help me make more informed decisions in my health and fitness journey.
