Kintsugi Fitness feels inclusive to everyone and they have free trial classes, which is great for trying it out. Leslina is a coach there and she is amazing. She goes alternatives for exercise exercises based on your ability level. She’s very encouraging and I’d recommend it to a beginner for sure!

I always enjoy Coach Denise’s classes at Kintsugi Fitness! She designs workouts that are tough but fun, mixing things up so you never know what to expect. In one session, she had us alternating between strength training and cardio drills, constantly challenging different muscle groups. Denise pays close attention to everyone’s form and offers adjustments to make sure you’re getting the most out of each move without risking injury. Leslina was great today! She helped modify exercises to avoid any more strain on my knee. She checked in regularly to make sure I was good. Great time today! Thank you! Can't wait for next time!

Denise always guides the class with knowledge and fun. Each class is different and she shows the moves and asks if we understand. She encourages everyone in class all through class. She will get down and work right next to us. Plus she has some sweet dance moves! Love attending class with Denise!
