I've been going here for the past two years. My first time going I was so nervous but the second I entered Leslina greeted with smiles. I struggle with anxiety and depression and wanted to try something that could help. This has definitely me throughout the years. I would have never attempted the Muddy Princess, and yet I did with the Kintsugi tribe at my side. Been coming to this class since July and the whole overall experience is amazing. Coach Leslina motivates you in such a great way! The atmosphere and people are so welcoming! Highly recommend!

Great place to go and feel welcomed in. What an awesome class. Denise is awesome! Fun class and even with it being my first class, I was welcomed and encouraged. Denise made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will be a new regular in her classes!💪😁

Leslina was super sweet from the start, explained things perfectly, and she was super encouraging the entire time. Being new to a workout class as a plus size can be intimidating but she had such a non judgmental and kind energy. It was easy to have fun and fully commit to the exercises without feeling silly.
