Great place to go and feel welcomed in. What an awesome class. Denise is awesome! Fun class and even with it being my first class, I was welcomed and encouraged. Denise made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will be a new regular in her classes!💪😁
Leslina was super sweet from the start, explained things perfectly, and she was super encouraging the entire time. Being new to a workout class as a plus size can be intimidating but she had such a non judgmental and kind energy. It was easy to have fun and fully commit to the exercises without feeling silly.
Great class, high energy. Fun way to get stronger and break a sweat! Her clear instruction made my first ever class doable and enjoyable.
Leslina was an awesome coach! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming
