They changed their rewards, you will not get rewards now but only a budget and gross appetizer. This was a major bait and switch for those collecting stamps for cool rewards. many hundreds of dollars down the drain. They gave No notice to customer. I guess loyalty is a one way street with these people. The new rewards is a data collection initiative. Please avoid.
Terrible service experience. Went at 8:45pm today for their anniversary and they shut the gate without explaining. Checked Google and it said 10:30pm. Not cool for a business, especially on a night they should be trying to get more customers in
Would give 0 stars for the service if I could. Today there was a $9.99 promotion, so we called in advance to reserve a table, but were told reservations were not possible. We arrived at 8:57 PM, while Google and the website both said the restaurant closes at 10:30 PM. The restaurant was still completely full and there were also free tables available, yet we were turned away. The staff told us they were no longer accepting customers because the water would be shut off at 10 PM due to maintenance work. The problem is that this... read more
