This facility only cares for copays. Can’t refill my rx for inhailer and was asked to wait 7 days out as the “earliest appointment” because the doctors keep changing left and right. All this business cares for is money and setting appointments. Why should I have to go to the ER for an inhaler because we simply cannot refill the medication someone has been taking since birth. I love doctor said who but the phone system after cantegra has taken over makes you feel like awful and you can never get through to anybody now I'm going to go through the pain of going through the patient portal and see if that's any worse I need to be able to talk to my doctor and to talk to my doctor's office and get a simple referral from problem that's happened from a long process and already been referred to as once this is the phone system is crappy and it's enough to make you want to make complaints
I tried to make a new patient appointment and they wouldn't unless I gave them my SSN. I'm 39 and lived most of my life in NC. No doctor has ever asked for this. Absolutely not.
