If I could give this place a 0 star or negative star I would! My children will NEVER step foot back in this place again. I took my 6 year old in this morning for a simple repair on a feeling that came off of his front tooth. I took him in yesterday to have the tooth looked at, and had a feeling then that it was not going to be a good experience and needless to say....I should have trusted my gut. After dr Scott retired this place went downhill fast
My 6 year old was incredibly brave while getting a shot in the mouth to numb before an extraction. After the needle, he said “that hurt” and the dentist mocked him! He started to become anxious and I recommended nitrous oxide (which I had previously declined because he never had an issue with dental work before). They tried one scent he did not like. Please do not bring your kids here. I’m 17 so still considered a pediatric and I had to have a root canal done today, the woman doing it referred to as “ doctor” was very rude and aggressive. Before I get into what happed I want to say I’ve had a root canal done previously at magnolia dentistry and they were very kind and did a great job. Very good people very respectful and always making sure that I was doing good and everything and I was nervous on the way up there to get my root canal done but it was good and just such amazing people not only them but the desk workers are so nice and respectful to me Im glad I found this dentist and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
