I do not recommend Kintegra Health for psychiatric care, particularly with Stephanie or Sonya. Stephanie has no business working with people who struggle with mental health — instead of providing support, she made me feel personally attacked. Sonya is dismissive and unprofessional; if you try to advocate for yourself or if she doesn’t like what you say, how you say it, or even your tone, she will simply drop you as a patient. Quite possibly the worst office for mental heath you could ever choose.
Lyricist Cotton is an amazing therapist! She is passionate about helping others and always makes me feel comfortable and safe. Without her I don’t know where I’d be. Thank you for your dedication Lyricist you are needed and I hope you know that
I recently had to stop going here because my appointments were always getting canceled. My therapist and I went as far as booking my appointments 2 months out and my appointments still got canceled. I can't say I recommend them to anyone.
