A great experience here. Kelly at the desk is very welcoming and friendly. Jake (the pedorthist I saw, also very friendly) took the time to walk me through exercises and my gait, which has been very helpful. He gave me good recommendations for running shoes, and they also have a very cool device that does a 3D print of one's feet that provides a detailed analysis (arch height, heel width, etc.). I hope I don't need to see them again, but if my foot pain begins to act up again, I know I'll be in good hands.
The team at this Kintec location is always incredibly helpful and kind. Kelly is a ray of sunshine, and with Jake’s help with orthotics and footwear recommendations, I haven’t had plantar fasciitis pain in over a year. I would highly recommend them!
Great experience here. They watched my walk and got me into a new pair of shoes. The pain I was experiencing is now gone!
Getting my new orthotics was made so easy by the staff at Kintec Orthotics and Footwear. Kelly at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. She informs you about what documents to submit for insurance coverage. Jessica helped me with the making and fitting of my new orthotics and the process was so efficient and seamless. Thank you to both Kelly and Jessica for making the process of getting my new orthotics so great! Highly recommend!!
came here for new inserts and shoes and am very happy with the experience! jessica (pedorthist) was very informative on what makes a good shoe and insert for plantar fasciitis, and helped me pick out shoes that both felt comfortable and fit my aesthetic. kelly (front desk) has been incredibly friendly and informative regarding insurance. all lovely people working here, i definitely recommend!
