It had been years since I had a proper pair of orthotics made. My first pair came from Kintec, made for a creaking knee, which promptly disappeared once I started wearing their orthotics. Now, 10 years later, I had developed a hip problem. I arrived at the Whitby store, hopeful that new orthotics would help again.
