I went to Kintec Whitby today to look for shoes to help relieve my chronic forefoot pain. My wife visited this location last year and had custom orthotics made which provided significant relief for her foot issues. Today I was assisted by Victoria who was extremely knowledgeable and very patient addressing my questions and concerns. Turned 70 this year, decided I would get back to a little running. Started my training in February with my running club, completed 2 - 5ks and a 15k this past weekend. Victoria was very thorough in helping me select the most comfortable pair of shoes that I’ve ever had. She was extremely professional in her approach and was very patient with me as an 84 Year old whose feet gave her a real challenge. I commend her for her approach. She was a credit to the company..
