Nona helped me find a good pair of shoes and bracing that solved my running knee joint pain issue. The store has a 3D scan, and it profiles my feet so it can narrow down to a specific selection of shoes that are good for me.
First time getting my feet measured and test walked at a store. Nozomi and Janine were really helpful and the results made total sense when I looked at how the sides of my old shoes were stretched out and me needing a smaller size but a wider fit. Excited to get some wide Hoka’s and see the difference and hopefully alleviate the discomfort !
I went here for some wider shoes and the staff were very helpful! I was helped by Elijah and Emily and they were very good, always stuck with me despite how busy they were. They helped find me the perfect shoe for my needs. Definitely can see why they have such a well reviewed store!
Brittany helped me with finding shoes and wrist splint at the Port Moody store. She went out of her way to look for different sizes and looked through catalogs to see what options were available. She was so pleasant and genuinely wanted to find what would work best.
I generally have a hard time finding shoes that fit me well. I was pleasantly surprised when Brittany was able to find a pair for me that met my needs very quickly. I was impressed with her service.
