Nona was very helpful and patient. She gave great advice and helped us find the perfect footwear.
This was business was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon as on of two places for a knee brace for osteo arthritis. This one was closer. Disappointed upon visiting to learn after making an appointment that I needed to dress accordingly ( no notice to wear shorts) and that there were no stairs to try out the braces on offer , which appear to be a very small selection. None I tried had the result the salesperson said they should. Will try the other spot.
Please stop parking your deliver truck in the no stopping zone in front of the stop sign. This no parking zone is here for pedestrian visibility and safety. When you park here with your tall delivery van you block the view of pedestrians and vehicles. I was nearly hit by a car that couldn’t see around your delivery truck. This happens quite often.
When I first entered the Port Moody store I was greeted by Jasmine who was excellent. Jasmine fitted me with off the shelf orthotics that really helped out until I was able to see Jessica. Jasmine took the time with me until I was happy with the orthotics. Jessica was also excellent, Jessica spent a lot of time with me by assessing my walking and my feet to fit me with the orthotics that would really help me out. Ermin was incredibly helpful. He helped me find the perfect shoe to help me with my foot pain. He spent a lot of time making sure that my feet are well supported, Including finding the perfect insoles as I can not afford a custom one. He truly made me feel important. I highly recommend you go and seeing this gentleman if you have foot pain or just need a new pair of shoes. Thank you again Ermin!
