Had a lovely experience here getting an evaluation for custom orthotics.
Arielle took great care of my son and my husband. My son has severe pronation. He feels pain in his knees when wearing regular shoes. I thought I would try Kintec for his outdoor shoes this year. Arielle understood right away the problem and she used her knowledge to provide us the best solution for him. She was also able to provide us a shoe sole that provides better support in pronation conditions without having to switch prescription shoe sole in every pair of shoes. Staff at the Kintec Port Moody location truly go above and beyond to help their customers. They are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. This time, I was especially pleased with Arielle’s assistance. She was wonderful to work with, just as Hope has been on previous visits. I really appreciate the level of care and attention they both provide. Thank you, Kintec, for having such wonderful service and staff!
Really disappointed with this store. I went in to get help with socks as I’m a long distance runner. They didn’t ask me any questions, didn’t provide any advice and the lady told me to buy the same pair she was wearing. Honestly the whole experience was awkward. I won’t be going back.
