I booked an appointment online. Mentioned I had a referral online. Confirmed appointment. Went to location. Waited. Then was told that no one could help me for orthotics. No specialist available. I felt like it was a waste of time. Why would I book again? Not the service I was expecting. I was hoping to get a new set of orthotics. I will have to find another company.
I ordered custom orthotics and unfortunately missed my scheduled 11:30am appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I arrived later at 4:50pm and explained the situation to Sahil, who was very understanding. Earlier, I had emailed Michelle to inform her of the situation, but her response was shockingly dismissive and unprofessional: “I’m sorry, but we are unable to see you for this appointment today.
