Rarely do you see with so many reviews, it’s testament to the services, care and compassion executed by the team at Kinstruct. On my first visit, Vanessa and Dr. Kate uncovered a medical condition that was undetected previously, and post assessment at an ER, I’ve been referred to another department for follow up. Trust me when I say that the Kinstruct team may have saved my life.

I have received Chiropractor services at Kinstruct Health in the last two weeks. I can confidently say that I have a very positive feeling about the technical skills of Dr Kate. She is a great professional and renders excellent services. She is quite detailed oriented and first fully understands the root cause before prescribing any actions. I should add that my experience has exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with Dr Kate professional acumen.
I brought my baby here to see dr kate, and she was so amazing with my son! Highly recommend her for your baby chiropractor needs 💜 I also just started treatment for myself as well, again dr Kate is amazing !! She’s passionate, knowledgeable, and really cares about people feeling better
Laura has been the most lovely and helpful chiropractors I’ve ever been to, she helped me with my breech baby through my pregnancy and postpartum. She was thorough and took her time at each appointment. I can’t recommend her enough!
