Great service, Kate is fantastic and over time she has helped ease some relatively recent back and shoulder pain. She's also a great educator, which I think is essential to being more mindful of any bad habits that might contribute to my pains. Additionally, all staff are very warm and friendly. From my first visit I immediately felt comfortable and confident that I'd receive the help I was looking for.
