I took my 93-year-old dad in today for what I thought was just excessive ear wax that was hindering the effectiveness of his hearing aides. Dr Lait took care of that, as well as some fluid buildup, right away with skill and care. The equipment and the right testing personnel (Dr. Bain) were all right there in the office to get him diagnosed and treated quickly. So grateful!
Great place to be seen office staff is wonderful if you have a problem they take care of it right then
No stars!!! Swansboro Location experience with Dr. Lait was horrible. She was rude to my 85 yr. Old mother in law. I was there with her. Could not believe Dr. Lait's attitude and examine if my mother in law. There was no visible infection with the ear scope. The pain was severe and in the front of her ear that ran down her neck. She just got through with a visible outer ear infection and wax build up that the emergency room PA took care of. Would not suggest Dr. Lait to anyone. Horrible experience.
