They need a messaging service for when they don’t answer/or are busy. They used to, im not sure what happened there with that but they definitely need to bring it back. Doctors and staff are nice and polite. But if anything goes wrong best believe it’s always your fault… Missed virtual appointments cause they won’t send links and then try and address the situation and they can’t tell you anything… They send in wrong prescriptions and then act like it’s your fault or your pharmacy’s fault… Was way better when Dr Mallette was ... read more
