I had some issues with my def after treatment. The truck wouldn’t passive regen or park regen. Took it in to get it diagnosed and it turns out that idling at low rpm’s (~700) is not good for the truck. No charge for the 10 minute diagnostic and I was on my way. I figured that it’s best to be safe than sorry. Thank you Nate and Brendan for the service. I don’t need a hat or a t shirt to leave this review. Keep up the good work.
