I took my cat in for some hair mats on her butt. I spoke with somebody on Friday and told them that's all I needed. So when I took her in on Monday and picked her up Monday evening, they had shaved the entire cat. They even clipped her whiskers on both sides. Cut them off! When I called to talk to the person that did this they assured me it was not on purpose. I will never use kinslow Veterinary Clinic again. I have used this vet for 17 years.
