If you are a hard working cash patient don’t expect this place to give any discount or help whatsoever
Kinslow (300 Thompson) As a delivery work , I say good morning or hello to every single person I deliver to . Some may or may not speak back which is fine . But as a business it’s not fine , it’s common courtesy which they clearly don’t have . On top of that they just look at me when I deliver as if I know where they want their packages. The workers are all so friendly and helpful. The examination is real through. You get your moneys worth with the examination. I like them alot more than my old eye doctor place.
Front desk is absolutely by far the most unprofessional in town. Arrogant and rude. Don’t take time to get to know customers. Flat out disgusting the way they speak to their clients, classic small town attitudes. Immature women who are willing to act unprofessional and cause scenes. Quite embarrassing. The customer is always right ladies :) I will say back of house was incredibly nice, considerate and warming. 1/10 for the elderly receptionists. 10/10 for back of house ladies.
