The buildings are old and the structure is falling apart. The maintenance is awful, the worst I've ever had. Our dishwasher has been broken the entire 2 years we lived here and after 4 maintenance calls they refused to repair it, our water heater line burst twice damaging everything stored in the closet where it's kept, and the roof in the garage is literally falling down. We lived in this complex for two years, one year with the current management company. The first year we lived here, it was ok, because it was cheap. There weren't any amenities in the unit we lived in, unless you count the forest, but the price was lowest in town, and we don't mind living frugally. By the time we moved out, rent was increased by $300! The management is awful, and it takes forever to get things fixed. This place isn't worth the rent.
Love these apartments. Only downfall is that there is not enough parking and people are having to leave their vehicles against the highway. Maintenence is awesome and the management is great.
