On November 30th Tim,, the tech that came out to assess my hot water heater did a great job. Yes the unit did cost more than I like, but it all worked out great. I had to call Tim again regarding the hot water in the shower was not getting hot. He came out and determined that the cartridge needed to be replaced. The cost would be just over $400.00. Pricing is ridiculous. 11 month old water heater they sold me needed 2 elements replaced. $876.46 Suggest you look around for another reasonably priced service.
