The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Dr. Kinsey is amazing! He has always made me feel comfortable and actually listens to what your problems are without making you feel rushed. As far as the front staff and office manager, they are extremely rude and don't care about your problems. When calling the office they don't provide help or suggestions to any of the questions i ask and they never return calls when you leave messages or when they say they will call. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite
