If I can give this management company one star zero stars actually I would, They are disrespectful lazy and do not respond to anyone’s emails or voice messages. I have called and left multiple emails. It was never responded to about having my protection bars removed from my window for my AC to be installed when it is over 100° outside in New York City. Stay away from any property managed by this company.
I have lived in 3 different Kinsey Equities buildings over the last 6 years, and the management group has been incredible! Any concerns or communication were addressed immediately, the team is friendly and super helpful, from janitorial to management, they all want the best for you. If I ever move back to NY, I will definitely be reaching out to Kinsey Equities!!
Avoid at all costs. Not worth it. Rat infested properties. There is no amount of money in the world someone could pay me to work with these people again. Working with Kinsey Equities feels like you are pulling your teeth out one by one with pliers and someone is simultaneously shaving your skin with a cheese grater.
