Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind? Yes, I trust them Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Yes, they informed me about child safety and nutrition Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? Yes, they answered my questions Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that!
