Very happy with our purchase. Toby and Jimmy were great to work with. Got in and out quickly. Toby showed my wife all of the features of her new Lincoln.
Worst service department I do not recommend please bring your car somewhere else if you can 3-5 days to leave your car in line to see what’s wrong is a joke
Terrible customer service the service department is a joke!
After you buy a car from This Place you can’t get anyone to call you back when there’s a problem. My car has been there for 12 days. I called several times last week and talked to a manager that said we’re fixing it. But didn’t tell me when or are what they were fixing. Today I’ve called 4 times haven’t heard from anybody yet.
