Dustin made it very simple to buy my car. He communicated with me about the car.
**UPDATE** After contacting Ford directly, they were made aware of the issue and noticed that the vehicle is not listed as sold in their system. They also mentioned that none of the warranty paperwork was registered for the vehicle by Doggett. What an absolute joke. Ford is escalating the issue. They sold us a BRAND NEW car with with an open recall in March 2025. Bought 2019 ford 150 three months ago and already having problems went to get my first oil change and it’s three quarts low so it burning oil they sold it to with the rotors warped and I think the transmission has faults also. Took it back to service desk because I am paying for a warranty everyone looks like they don’t wanna be there or ask you how are you doing and can I help you when you walk in.
