I had a scheduled 9:00 AM oil change appointment and ended up waiting almost 2.5 hours, which felt excessive for a routine service with an appointment. During the visit, a service advisor attempted to contact me by phone and later by text to get approval for a new oil filter and cabin air filter. I didn’t have to wait Mr Dereck was quick and fast and he stayed in contact the hole time and also advised me on other things that I needed to take care of . I had a great experience thank you
