Excellent service, recall was completed in a timely manner
JB and crew were very friendly and professional, making sure we got the vehicle we wanted at the right price. Not my first Ford but my first with Doggett. I will definitely be back for our next vehicle!
Our technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything I asked him about in detail. My main complaint is that they kept my car for about 6 weeks before they started working on it. Each week they told us something different. They didn't offer or allow us to use a loaner car while they had our car all 6 weeks. We had to pay for transportation or get a ride from someone.
