The experience was pleasant and the service team was professional. But too many surveys and review requests.
There was nothing “Quick” about the Quick Lane. I made an appointment for an oil change, waited over an hour, and my truck still hadn’t been touched. I was then told it could be another two hours before they could get to it. I ended up leaving and getting my oil changed somewhere else. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if you still have to wait 3+ hours.
