Worst insurance company, they keep gouging our company. Every time we turn around they want more money. We are currently seeking for a different insurance company
This company is the worst insurance carrier out there. I am agent in the Pacific region and fid this company deplorable. They offer policies that exclusions made all situations null and void. An Agent friend in Texas reports the Pollutiion / Professional policy to be a scam and will file legal actions wiht a number of others. Horrible carrier. Triple auditing to obtain more premium with total disrespect for agent or customers. Customers put in collection for refusal to pay triple audit when they can use any other carrier and not have to worry about this. Work in collusion with commission hungry brokers. horrible insurance they take your money when there are no claims in the region, then when the hurricane claims come, they bail out of Florida leaving all homeowners stranded.. There should be a law against this type of behavior. Bet their C's don't have to worry about losing their home due to no insurance. Shameful they all need to be held accountable. This company has had our money for over three months and refuses to issue a refund check. They are liars and cheats and run away from them as fast as you can. Their brokers and agents are simply reading cue cards and refuse to give you any correct information. We will never again use this company or any of their associates. Buyer beware! Run in the other direction.
