Kevin takes the time to understand what your goals are and then works with you to attain those goals. Highly recommend.
I attend Kevin’s class every Monday and Wednesday mornings He is prompt, he provides us with the equipment we need to succeed, and he is well prepared. Most of all he is well informed, very supportive and patient. I would recommend Kevin’s class to anyone, not just Runners For strength, core, balance and aerobics
The opportunity for one-to-one workouts has been amazing! Targeted, specific and scaffolded and challenging! A fabulous complement to classes and an excellent alternative during the pandemic! Highly recommend it!
