This location was ok, but needs a little work. I was recommended the Ultimate Shoyu ramen, it was super thick with a dark very sweet sauce, not a savory broth I expected with a shoyu. I did have to send that one back, it just wasn't to my taste. Ordered the Tonkotsu next, what I noticed about all the ramen dishes was that the noodles tasted gummy like maybe they sat in the bowl too long before the broth was added, a lot were stuck together and mushy. Also none of the ramen was hot. The bowls were warm at best. I was disappoi... read more

Ladies and gentlemen, bear with me. I try my hardest to limit 5 star reviews, because truly they should be reserved for the very best of the best. If everything good were a 5-star, what would be the point of rating? It needs to be exceptional! For just such a reason, I am rating Ki No Spoon a 5 star. Allow me to explain: With the help of a friend, my wife and I discovered Ki No earlier this year. Since that time (and after returning from overseas) we've eaten here almost every weekend. The pork bun is delicious. You should definitely try it. The only pork bun that I ate that was better than this one was in New York City (Hide Chan Ramen). The ramen is good, and has a good size for the price you pay. I gave it 4 stars because the only 1 attendant of the place was cleaning the floor when I arrived, and he did not give me any napkin. Maybe because he was distracted having to deal with both cleaning and attending. He was educated attended me well however.

Boa was dry and simple nothing but a thick, dry fatty piece of meat and lettuce. I could have made the Raman at home. The broth was tasteless and bland. But the young girl did a great job trying to make it better. Her customer service was great. But there was not saving this lunch. It was 12:30 lunch time and it was not a single soul in there.. Hummmm now I kno why.

The quality has been going down here recently. The last bowl of ramen I ordered was inedible. Normally the food here is amazing but I cannot give you a 5 star review for bad food. Fix the ramen and I will upgrade this review immediately to 5 stars. Did you hire a new chef or something??? Attaching a picture of their beautiful desserts! These are to die for.
