Everyone on this team does a great job either selling or servicing their products. I feel like I am the only customer every time I go in their store or service center! We are lucky to have a business like this in Stillwater! Thanks to the entire team!
Further to my initial post about Kinunnen and the awesome Customer Service, it continued when Monty delivered my Toro Zero Turn mower. Every part of the machine was explained in detail, and I was told that the Team is always available at the end of a phone if I had any questions. Couldn't be happier. The Mower is fantastic and that sucker is fast. Only took me about 5 minutes whizzing around the front lawn to get used to the very responsive handling, then out into the pastures to get the first mow for a long time done. Once ... read more

Great store packed like a candy store, full of regularly hard to find hand tools, machine tools, and power tools! Go there first before you start a project; you will have no reason to go any further! They have it all! Did I say they like Milwaukee power tools, like I do? Yep

FANTASTIC!!
1) Rented a billygoat mower for a small commercial job. Belt buned off the mower deck within 10min of mowing. KINNUNEN sent a repairman. Nothing against the repairman.....but when he left he left the drive belt off. Had to return to put the drive belt back on. Wound up costing me more in lost time and wages than it was worth. Kinnunnuens knocked nothing off the rental price. 2) Rented a 17d mini excavator for a small pool dig. Pins and linkage sloppy and worn out making it impossible to cut a even grade.
