Exceptional! I had already be waiting 2 hours for another towing company to get my car. When Kinney’s was contacted they responded quickly and were incredibly helpful. George was AMAZING! They helped make a terrible situation much, much better! Thanks!
Kinney’s Towing has been very flexible during my service. Their estimated times are great and their towers have amazing customers. Brian was AWESOME, very efficient and communication was great. I will definitely recommend them towing services
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The owner owns this company and Valley View Towing. For 36 miles they charged my son $800 plus and then threaten to take his truck if he did not pay. They gave him no written estimate, then blamed it on him because they said he did not ask. If I can I save one person from being scammed by them then it is worth noting.
I am very disappointed with my experience. Donna was very unhelpful and rude. They charged a lot of money for a very short tow. And crazy storage fees. I will do everything in my power to avoid being towed by them in the future.
