I had to call them with an issue that occurred while we were in Akron. George was wonderful and had us up and running in 45 minutes. He truly saved the day.
Worst service ever, the dispatcher guy was unable to tell me the rate from the beginning, In the end they charged 1300$ for tow 3mi, Unprofessional people!! Do not recommend!!
He was professional and nice. He was also timely; wich is almost unheard of in the tow industry.
I could not have asked for better roadside assistance. On the side of the road with boat and trailer and no transmission fluid, Kinney’s Automotive and Towing service came to my rescue. The flatbed truck operator was a master of his trade. With minimum area to work, both during onload and offload, Drew nailed it, and I mean NAILED IT!
