Had an accident they towed my car to there yard they charged me so much that I had to save the money before I could get it out well then I had to pay there fee for storage then bye the time I was able to get the car out which was about a month all together I got the police release went to go get my car and they scraped it they knew what they were doing that's why they charge me so much to get it out they knew bye the time I got the tow bill they would have storage fees so high Rockefeller couldn't.t get it out I wouldn't hig... read more
Where is the 10 star review option?! I was 3 hours from home and got stuck on an unfinished road that my GPS thought was finished. One provider accepted the call and then - within minutes - declined the call without reporting to the site. They said I was “off road.” (Um, yeah.) Then Kinney’s accepted the call. Gary showed up promptly, put me at ease, took control, and got my vehicle unstuck — miraculously without doing damage to the vehicle (it was really stuck). Thank you, Kinney’s!! And God bless you, Gary!!
Brian is awesome. He was so careful, knowledgeable & helpful. We were so impressed. He first tried to figure out what might be wrong with our car, just in case he could save us a towing fee. What towing person would do that? Someone with a big heart is all I can say. We highly recommend this towing company. I catalogued his phone number in our cell phone just in case we would need a towing company again. Excellent service!
If you want your car in good hands, I strongly suggest you take it somewhere else. I would rather hitchhike
