Prompt response, expert knowledge of the car itself (maneuvered something under the hood to get it out of park), flexible, and very helpful. The driver even reminded me to get my house keys off of my key ring before I dropped the car keys off at the shop. Kinney’s made a rough situation as easy as it could be.
