I activated my roadside assistance through my insurance which was a headache to say the least. I've used kinneys on different occasions with no problem.Sat Nov 1st my truck was dropped off at a private residence vs a licensed Garage,that's on my insurance.Sunday evenin they tow to its original destination.The key with chip and fob have still not been located.How do you tow a 4wd with no key when it's suppose to be in neutral getting it on the flatbed?5 days still no key
