Kinney was fabulous in helping to sell our house, he was professional and assisted us every step of the way, from taking care of a lot of logistics (overseeing repairs of the roof/chimney and a major demo of a leaking pool, making sure the prior tenant's left behinds were removed, etc.) to setting a fair price, advising on repairs, finding a buyer, taking professional pictures for the listing, managing open houses, keeping us apprised of offers, and so on. Kinney has been a leasing agent for my rental property for 18+ years. He’s there for you from prepping to leasing out your rental. It’s a stress-free process with him. He dedicates as much time to the rental as he would to selling a house even though the commission is not as much. He’s professional, reliable and always go the extra mile. I never consider switching an agent every time my property is up for leasing again. I'd highly recommend him.
