I've come to know Dr. Phil Kinney through the Pennsylvania Psychological Association. He has always provided excellent consultation and is a skilled clinician, and I feel comfortable referring to him.
Had two separate experiences with Dr. Kinney that weren’t very positive. The first was very brief so I won’t review based on that. This review is based on my second experience. Although I understood Dr. Kinney’s position and limitations regarding our court ordered co-parenting counseling he didn’t and/or wouldn’t understand my ex’s limitations to be able to co-parent at all.
