The most inefficient service imaginable. The drive-thru consistently takes 20+ minutes.
I tried to use a number of different coupons when picking up my medication and kept running into issues. Casey and Patti went above and beyond to get a coupon to work and save me mucho dinero $$$, I am very grateful for their help and patience :)
Needed the 24 hour version of an over-the-counter medicine. Ask the pharmacist tech, she stared blankly at me and handed me the 12 hour version. I told her I needed the 24 hour version, again. She stared at me blankly. I asked her if she had the 24 hour version and she said no took the 12 hour and turned her back to me. Customer service at its finest.
Half hour on the pharmacy waiting tone after someone answering the phone places me on wait unacceptable pharmacy will put your life at risk and warn you about your behavior dispute them risking the lives of type 1 diabetic coustomer for there negligence of the need to provide and assist there coustomers regardless of the need was out of insulin for 24 hours which can kill and I have not been treated as I should be they also were withholding medicine I needed and lied about my long acting insulin and not providing me all my m... read more
