I started my relationship with The Kinney Agency with an auto policy in 1996, and they have helped me with all my needs since as my family and I have grown, now with home owners and multiple vehicle policies. Always friendly and professional, I can't recommend The Kinney Agency enough.
Condescending and rude employees. Would never recommend to anyone. I was treated as though I was incompetent. If your employees don't like working in customer service don't have them working with the public. You'll never have my business again. HORRIBLE.
