Kinnard Heating from owner to all the technicians have provided us with excellent service when we needed them most. They are prompt, stay until they get it figured out and stand behind their work. The owner called to followup and we appreciate that immensely. I would highly recommend!

I wasn’t happy at all with them. They provide terrible service and very dishonest service workers. I have an issue with my furnace and call to make schedule. They show up in few days and went on to work on furnace. I need to replace inducer motor and cost $723 plus tax. It is expensive but what outrageous. They install USED inducer motor!!!???!? I call back and they claim I agree with it? I never agree with use part. They are totally DISHONEST and FRAUD. I never calll them again and went somewhere else.

They were very friendly, came and fixed me within a few hours and technician was great. However, $849 to replace the blower motor on a garage heater is ridiculous. I could have bought a new heater for less, but was leaving on vacation.

Furnace was down at 4:00 on a Friday night, by 6:30 back up and running! Luke was friendly, prompt, and did great work! Thanks for the bail out!
