I have hired Kinnan-scaping numerous times over the years to do both small and large projects. Absolutely zero complaints. Work was done well, on time, and always on budget. Expectations were always met and exceeded. The owner is a man of top character. I think many fail to appreciate how important that is when choosing a vendor. I highly recommend Kinnan-scaping.
We hired Kinnan to do landscaping work in our backyard because the yard would flood with rainwater due to bad grading. They suggested a rock bed to change the flow of the water as well as in-ground drains to catch overfill. The rock bed they installed actually increased the flow and directed it onto our patio which caused the rainwater to flow into our basement via the patio. Business response:
We never warrantied any drainage work. We did return with a laser transit to identify where low areas were. Upon that inspection, we were able to show the homeowner that their stamped concrete patio (that we did not install) actually sloped back towards the house almost 3 inches. That is the cause of water flowing back into their back door. We have not been contacted about the drainage ever since that time.
