Friendly Staff Whenever I have had to call or go to Kinn Computers, I am always greeted by friendly people. They seem on the ball and honest. My computer got struck by lightning in a thunder storm, they had to replace the power unit and motherboard. My computer is much faster than it ever was before it got struck and I did not lose any of my music or pictures, I am grateful for that. Excellent Computer Techs! I was having a crazy problem with my computer. It kept reloading windows...over and over again! Was driving me crazy! I tried everything! Great Service!!! My computer was locking up all the time. I took it to 2 local computer shops. The first on said that they could not duplicate the problem and charged me $50.00, the second one said it was a virus and charged me $80.00. Neither fixed the problem. I took my PC to Kinn Computers. They said it was overheating and sold me a new processor fan. The PC works great and the bill was only $37.00. I should have went to Kinn's first and saved myself $130.00
STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE! I had a gateway computer that needed a new hard drive. I took it to kinn computers; he gave me an estimate, and went on with fixing it. 7 weeks later I get a call and they say the computer is done. I go pick it up and pay for it, take it home, and it will not boot up, he said to bring it back in, so I did, another 4 weeks later I go and pick it up, guess what it is still not working, after spending almost 800.00 on it, I decided to cut my losses and toss it and buy a new one.
