Kinlin Grover Real Estate manages all sales within the Ridge Club, from my understanding. I used Realtor Jack Nicoletti originally, but I believe he is down to part time these days. They do have open houses during the year for available homes. Their office is located in the same building as the goft cart rental office, on the right, just before the main clubhouse.
