Be very careful about dealing with this company. I made an offer on one of their listings 10/24/2023 and wrote them a $1,000 dollar check for earnest money. I ended up pulling my offer after the inspection. To this day, I have not received my $1000 back - they wrote me a check that bounced. Update: 50 days later I got the money. I would never do business with this company again or recommend any friends or family.
