Had a great stay, lovely hotel. Valet service was awesome so was Beatrix!
Way too expensive for experience. Room was dirty when I got there and then no housekeeping provided while I was out all day (from 9am til 930pm). Wifi doesn't work right and front desk couldn't provide any help. Design is good on surface, but everything is cheap. Ie toilet paper holder wobbling on wall, wallpaper seams showing and coming apart, etc. Just not good quality and even front desk wasn't well designed, with large Amazon parcels fully visible, etc. Strange gas station type atm in lobby as well. We stayed here for one night and had a great experience overall. The staff made the stay even better—they were incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They also kindly let us extend our checkout from 12PM to 1PM, which we really appreciated since we had a later flight. The room was well laid out, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was the street noise at night, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay
Wanted to love the Kinley, but our tiny room made it tough. It might be the smallest hotel room I’ve stayed in, even after staying in Tokyo and NYC. The bathroom felt like it was practically on top of the bed, the laminate flooring was oddly creaky underfoot, and our view was just a wall outside the window. Bed itself was comfortable, bathroom was surprisingly generous, but room was very tight for two adults, especially with a small coffee table eating up floor space I’d rather have had open.
