This lady said that she would go to the nursing home that my mom is in to do her hair and never showed up but got the nerves to lie to my when I call her and said that shewill be there never count on her when it comes to the truth. Poor Time Management Let me start off by saying that MiMi is very talented and a nice person. My Senegalese twists turned out okay, for the most part. I had an appointment on October 19, 2013 at 8:30AM. I did get there early (about 8:05AM) because I was not familiar with the city of Hagerstown. I recently moved from Virginia to Hagerstown I had no one to braid my hair. Searched on the internet and found Meemee. I got my hair braided on Monday. Meme was professional.
