I had a great experience from start to finish with Noelette! I had a full color done on sister locks and it came out better than I hoped! Pros- I booked with Ms. Noelette. She is very educated in hair care and puts a big emphasis on teaching practices that keep the hair healthy. The salon is very clean and all the other locitiancs are very welcoming and professional. Cons- She worked on my hair for 3 hours, I paid $210 and left with only half of my hair completed. You get charged by the hour and I would have paid around $450 for a full retie. Ms. Noelette was very kind but this is not ideal for small locs that need a fast loctician.
