This salon came highly recommended so I was very disappointed to have such a poor experience. I had a consultation with Krysta to discuss a perm. I was looking forward to the meeting. I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic and I apologized profusely in spite of the fact the reception did not acknowledge me when I walked into the salon.
