I've lost count of the number of times Tom has provided a tow or fixed one of our vehicles on short notice. Most recently, after AAA left us stranded for hours, I called Tom and he was on the road immediately. When he arrived, he had the vehicle hooked up and ready to go in a matter of minutes. Tom is the most knowledgeable, hardest working mechanic I know. Beyond that, he is a good man -- honest and trustworthy to a fault.
