Before this incident, we had visited this hair salon twice. My husband sometimes stopped by for a haircut when we went grocery shopping at a nearby supermarket. While waiting for him, I once asked the female owner to cut my hair as well. She recommended a perm and dye, but due to my sensitive skin, I could only opt for a haircut. Worst experience ever I have been to this place a couple other times to get my hair dyed red no problem any other time. this time around I schedule an appointment when I get there. I already get seen 20 minutes late and then the guy is flipping through a book to get my hair dye red I’ve already gotten my hair dyed red here before he pointed a page of red that I’ve never gotten done before. A disappointing experience at the hair salon. The barber gave me a very short haircut that resembled a man’s and changed me $35. Despite my repeated requests to speak to the owner, the barber refused and even called the police to drive us when we need his explanation.
