I purchased a discount coupon for $79.00 (regularly $160) for a full car detail (hand wash & dry, wax, engine cleaning, clay bar treatment, window cleaning, scotchguard protection, and more). When I arrived I was asked to pay in cash or check $16.00 tax & gratuity (pretty high), no credit or debit cards accepted. I purchased a royal detail for 125.00 normally 225.00, I thought I was getting a good deal, called to try and make an appointment no answer and could not leave a message. This should have been Flag #1. Showed up at there place of business and no where to park I had to park down the street at the bar, because all of the employees cars were parked in front this should have been Flag #2. Avoid these guys like the Black Plague ...let me continue; I called an arranged for a full deluxe detail, then went to my appointment to find out they had moved. They could have called me back and let me know they had moved. It would`ve saved me a wasted trip across town. I paid for their top package which includes wash, wax, vacuum, steam/soap clean the carpet, interior detail, clean interior windows, paint chip repair ...the works really.
