I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Kingwood Tire and Auto. My car would not start after my gear shift locked while I was reversing out of my driveway. I called the shop, and Anthony arranged for a third-party tow company (emc towing) to bring my vehicle in. The tow driver told me the charge would be $85, which I agreed to. The next morning, Anthony called and said there was an electrical issue because the car was not registering that it was in park. He also stated there would be a $200 diagnostic fee. W... read more
